TIP: I know it's counter intuitive but you get the BEST stretches for your lower back (and really your full body) when your muscles are warm. So the best time to do these lower back stretches and full body stretches is after a workout OR you can just do some quick cardio to get your body warm and supple and then relax into your stretches :)

Most people can do these lower back stretches everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have concerns! If you can, also meet with a Physical Therapist near you to get more back pain relief exercises that you can easily do at home!
